Create character 3d game studio in 3ds max

This is my own technique to create character game for 3d game studio and else in 3ds max, some newbie in 3dgame studio confuse because they can't create model and can't animating it in 3dgamestudio, but i have a technique to create model in 3ds max and export to .mdl, i use plugin mdlexporter for max 6, plugin texporter for max 6, and chilliskinner. you can search them.. this techniqe result from my experiment, because i newbie too.ok let start.

First create character with body mixer in 3ds max. If you need tutorial about bodymixer, that is any in this blog. With bodymixer you can create character easly.

Second, you can use chiliskinner script to unwrap object, or you can use unwrap uvw modifier, if complete unwrap your model, go to utilities and click more-choose texporter, and export your texture in .bmp format. Now go to paint program like gimp, photoshop, paintshop pro, and more. If you haven't them, i assume you download gimp because it free. Create your own texture with .bmp format which you exported from 3ds max. If you finished back to 3ds max and texturing your model.

Third, this part is animating method..
go to create panel in 3ds max and click tab system, choose biped, now in viewport drag in center of viewport, and passing with model if finished, select model, in modify panel dropdown list choose phisique, intialize object and biped, OK now you can animating character with click autokey at bottom, in track bar. Create your pose of your model per frames, finish save your file and export to
