In this article i would like to tell about red sugar,you know red sugar? This sugar not any in other country i think, because this sugar only any in jawa land, detail in my vellage lakbok,ciamis.. Red sugar maded from water of coconout tree, but at this:
This is i take from top of coconout tree,huh....that is very tired,but i happy can take that picture,ok continue,to make red sugar we need water coconout,this called badeg.
First take water coconout from tree, and put to large pan, why do with large pan?because pan need more volume to put badeg/water coconout tree, if the water coconout full the pan, cook this water until like red jelly,and put into sengkang,oh ye. Sengkang is place to placed red sugar, if the sugar dry, pull up sengkang and finìsh.
